Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

Shipping Policy

Our delivery methods and their prices:

In France :
- Standard Shipping - Tracked letter = €3.90
(Delivery to your home within 48/72 hours after dispatch)
- Chronopost (express) = €15.90
(Express home delivery the next day before 6 p.m., weekends and public holidays not included)

Overseas:
- Colissimo - Standard home delivery = €13.50
(Delivery to your home in 5 to 7 days after dispatch)

European Union countries (except United Kingdom):
- Colissimo - Standard home delivery = €13.50
(Allow 3 to 4 days for most countries such as Germany, Italy and Ireland.)

Delivery in mainland France is free from €50.

Refund Policy

For all returns and refund requests, you have 14 days after receipt of the items.

Send us an e-mail to the following address: info@sfx-eyes.fr, with a copy of your invoice, order number, and reason for your return request. We will then inform you upon receipt of the necessary steps.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it . It must also be in its original packaging.

You must be able to show us an invoice or proof of purchase, as well as proof of postage if you are returning your order.
Otherwise, your order may not be refunded or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs.

Items that cannot be returned or refunded:

- Any item which is not in its original condition, which is damaged or which has certain parts missing for reasons which are not due to an error on our part.

- Any item that has been delivered more than 14 days ago.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours.

Late or missing refunds:

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Contact your credit card issuer and your bank, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

TRADES

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to the following address: info@sfx-eyes.fr

Defective items will be collected and replaced at our expense.
